Hello. Today I started my 2022 C300 to find the large center console screen black and unresponsive. Likewise, all of the features associated with it are not available, including the "Hey, Mercedes" voice assistant.

Searches on the web show that earlier models experiencing this issue could be re-booted using various button combinations. I hope someone on this forum can tell me whether such a hack exists for this model? Otherwise, it's off to the dealership Monday morning.

What spec C-Class did you get? Would love to see pics!

This past summer, just a few months after receiving our 2022 C3000, we had several incidents where the center screen and the instrument screen announced that various systems were shutting down and that we needed to safely park the car. Upon parking and turning the car off, it would not restart. After the third trip to the dealer, they kept the car for a full seven weeks before determining that there was an error in the ignition system software. This made sense since the other software modules must be keyed to the ignition system software - won't launch unless the car is turned on. A three hour upload was required and we have not had the problem recur since. You might be having the same problem.
